Ed Clark was the man who raised Kirsten Clark. In the premiere episode of ABC Family's Stitchers, he is found dead of an apparent suicide. He is initially thought to be Kirsten's father by Detective Quincy Fisher, but is actually her father's best friend and partner. Together they developed the Stitcher technology that Kirsten now utilizes to solve crimes and other mysteries. He is portrayed by Hugo Armstrong.
